Happens sometimes after you install newer nvidia drivers on a toshiba laptop.
Disable winSAT:

Control panel > administrative tools > task scheduler

In the task scheduler library tree on the left, go to:

Microsoft > Windows > Maintenance

Right-click on WinSAT and disable.
