useful commands:
bootsect (installs the bootloader code)
bootbcd (this is probably the important one; can create a \Boot subdir on the
target drive -- this is what moves the 'system' designation that shows up in
computer management > disk management)
bootrec (this is where 'fixmbr' went, but it has some limitations apparently)
